Great dentistry.
Too many logins.

A bill for every tool

Texting, forms, reminders, reports. Each one charges every month, whether your team uses it or not.

The same patient, typed three times

Your team jumps between screens to finish one simple task. Mistakes creep in.

Patients slip through

Unfinished forms, overdue recall and open treatment get lost, and chairs sit empty.

A team stretched thin

Hiring is hard. The people you have deserve one clear screen, not five.

What offices ask us.

What is DNTL Desk?

DNTL Desk builds private front desk dashboards for dental offices. Each one is made for a single practice, connects to the practice software you already use, and is yours to own after one payment.

Does DNTL Desk work with Open Dental?

Yes. NBLK® LLC, the company behind DNTL Desk, is an authorized Open Dental developer. We're also developers for other practice systems, each on its own terms, which we go over at your consultation.

Do you work with Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Denticon, Curve or CareStack?

Yes. Each system is different and has its own terms, and some set terms for each dental office. We go over what applies to yours when we scope your build at the consultation.

Do you work with practices in the UK?

Yes. We build for UK practices through NBLK® Global Ltd, our UK company, including practices that run Dentally. Terms are set per clinic, for each build.

How is patient data protected?

Your patient data stays in your own secure database, encrypted and never kept in outside systems. If you choose texting, email or photo sharing, your patients' information is protected there too, every step of the way. If you'd like, we also keep an encrypted backup in a second, separate system, so your office keeps running during an outage. A signed business associate agreement is in place before we touch a single record. When you protect your patients, you protect your practice, and our job is to help you do both.

How much does a custom dashboard cost?

Builds run from $1,200 to $6,500 as a one-time setup charge, depending on the pieces you choose. If your office has no dedicated database, in the cloud or otherwise, we recommend creating one. It backs up your system, and it can do more than run the dashboard: it can bring all your office's work together in one secure place.

Are there any monthly costs?

You own the build outright. If you don't have your own IT support and want us to look after it, our monthly maintenance runs $25 to $40, to keep everything running and protected.

Who owns the dashboard?

You do. You receive a certificate of ownership, the full code and the handoff documents. Give them to any developer you like if you want changes later, or we'll make them for you, one phase at a time.

How long does a build take?

Every build starts with an in-depth consultation: how your office runs, what each screen needs to do, the full list of features, and your dashboard's design, all agreed in writing. Building then takes two to several weeks. After launch we recommend one to two weeks of testing by your team, so we can fine-tune from their feedback as they use the new system.
